Overview of Shiva’s Grace Meditation
Shiva’s Grace Meditation is a very simple, yet powerful breathing technique that takes you into a meditative state in just four minutes of practice. It has been given to the world by the grace of Sri Mahavatar Babaji, through Sri Jagatguru Satyam Mahakaleshwar, to help people who are unable to meditate or find meditation difficult, achieve a meditative state very easily. The breathing technique is so simple that even a small child could practice it, yet it brings the results that you would receive from practising a more advanced meditation technique.
The secret to Shiva’s Grace Meditation is in the name, as it is the grace of Lord Shiva that gives this simple technique its power.

About Sri Jagatguru Satyam Mahakaleshwar
Sri Jagatguru Satyam Mahakaleshwar has been sent here by Lord Shiva to help people to realise their true nature of Bliss.
Earlier in his life Sri Jagatguru Satyam Mahakaleshwar went into a high state of samadhi and experienced the reality beyond creation. After this experience Sri Jagatguru Satyam Mahakaleshwar was endowed with the power to help others with their spiritual lives.
Sri Jagatguru Satyam Mahakaleshwar was instructed by Lord Shiva to teach others how to meditate and live the spiritual life. After he was given this task, Lord Shiva appeared in front of him and walked into his body, and has been in him ever since then.

Instructions on how to practice Shiva’s Grace Meditation
Focus
Focus your gaze at your Third Eye, by rolling your eyes back gently and focusing at the area between your eyebrows. Your eyes and head should be relaxed, with no strain or feeling of tension.
Breathing techniques
There are two parts to the breathing technique:
Part 1
Inhale through your nostrils for two seconds. This inhalation should have a little power to it. Then exhale through your nostrils for two seconds, again with a little power to it. Practice this for two minutes.
Once you have finished part 1, wait for fifteen seconds and then continue to part 2.
Part 2
Blow a gentle breeze of breath out of your mouth, in the way that you would blow out a candle, but gently without using the power that you would use to blow out a candle. Each breath should last for four seconds. (When you breath in again, you will naturally do so through both your nose and mouth). Practice this for two minutes.
Meditation
Once you have finished both of the breathing techniques, spend some time in meditation. To meditate; focus with deep concentration at your Third Eye. Your continued focus will take you deeper into meditative Stillness and Peace.
When, after some time, thoughts start to arise again in your mind, let the thoughts come and go without getting involved in them. Your mind will settle down again with your continued focus at your Third Eye.
